hi, i’m elisabeth (they/she), the messy brain and heart behind bog bat art (haha that rhymed)— a queer, disabled art project born out of chronic illness, too many glue sticks, and a deep need to make something honest. i live and create in the foothills of western north carolina, surrounded by color, chaos, and the occasional existential crisis.

bog bat art is my love letter to everyone who’s ever felt likw too much or not enough. whether ur disabled, queer, live the margins, or just need community with weirdos, i make stuff for u. everything i make, from collage kits and junk journaling supplies to stickers, zines, and art prints, is meant to feel comfy like you just stumbled into a warm+welcoming little creative community where ur mess makes sense.

this space is soft, loud, and politically anti-fascist, pro-palestine, community-minded, always about care over capitalism. bog bat art isn’t just an art shop; it’s an invitation to rest, rebel, and make something beautiful out of whatever junk life hands you.

most days you’ll find me journaling, hoarding vintage paper, or talking to my cat while cutting out little bits of collage chaos. i make art about disability, queerness, and mental health (or lack thereof), with equal parts sass and sincerity. my style is colorful, maximalist, and imperfect in the way art should be. kinda like life. :)
