what's the turn-around time for orders?

i ship out orders within 1-2 weeks, but sometimes it might take a bit longer due to chronic illness and, y'know, Life™ being a chaotic mess. i appreciate your patience and promise i'm doing my best to get your goodies to you as soon as possible. you'll get an email when your order ships.

what if my order arrives damaged?

ugh, the worst. please send me an email with a photo of the damage, and i’ll do my best to make it right.

yep! just know that shipping times can vary wildly, and international customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes.
